In consideration for being allowed on the property of the Panther Lake LLC by the owner, Samuel Stephenson and his agents, I do hereby release, forever discharge, and agree to hold harmless Panther Lake LLC and the owner Samuel Stephenson and all of his agents from any and all liability, claims or demands for personal injury, sickness or death, as well as property damage and expenses of any nature whatsoever whish may be incurred by the undersigned that may occur while the said person is visiting Panther Lake, including work and leisure activities. The undersigned further hereby agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Panther lake LLC, its directors, agents, and employees for any liability sustained by said participant, including expenses incurred attendant thereto.
